Texturing the Fox!

Not finished yet... just the flattened uv image. It may look odd, but it was uv mapped in zbrush but works well on the model.

extras - trees

Ok, so here I'm just modelling straight ahead from one of my concept drawings, the trees are only going to be in the background, (to make the environment look less bare) so not too much detail is needed. I will also use the 'default lights' that i modelled earlier and just simply wrap them around the branches.

seats into z-brush

And this is the saddle for the snake, again the pole and saddle are seperate and I am simply going to slot it into the centre, the seat is not the focus on the animal so I don't mind that they are seperate objects.

just to show that the poles will look like this, i like how they look uneven, it adds to the look of the scene.

A tiny bit of detail onto the sides of the saddle... I havent decided if they will be bolts or just decorative studs.

extras on the fox

I tried to make the pattern on the fox's saddle mimic armour. Especially on the back panels where they are symetrical, hopefully it will make the animal look more menacing, because I am worried that because it has fur it looks too 'cuddly'!

ok, so here... this is just to show all of the elements of the fox. These are all seperate so that it is easier to sculpt in z brush later.

The mouth (teeth and tongue) won't be seen closely in the film but I just wanted to show that they are here!

finishing the snake... the last little bits

Juuuust to show the tongue, eyes and teeth. They won't be taken into z-brush, just textures added.

not really much to say... erm here is the seat. Seperate again, it will be easier to sculpt into z-brush.

just to see where we're at...

I wanted to see the models so far all in one scene. It has helped to show how i need to develop the height of the teacup 'arms'. I think if they were made taller then it would both, allow the ride to look more threatening.
If the heights of the rides were more varied, it will create a more interesting shot to look at.

slowly building up...

extruded the lights out of the front...
